RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAN ANTONIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V . RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the San Antonio Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, and subject further to compliance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, Series of 1993, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land, described on plan NR-021505-000004-D as surveyed for San Antonio Elementary School situated in the Barrio of San Antonio, Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by land claimed by Caridad Basilio, along lines 2-3-4-5 by land claimed by Thomas Asias; and along line 5-6 by land claimed by Mely Advento, et al.; on the N., along line 6-7 by Babuyan Channel; on the E., along line 7-8 by Access Road (5.00m. wide); on the S., along line 8-1 by Loriga Gallarza Street (10.00m. wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan NR-021505-000004-D being N. 66° 37" E., 334.91 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-250, thence:
