AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 313, DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 1988, WHICH RESERVED FOR SLUM IMPROVEMENT AND RESETTLEMENT (SIR) PROGRAM BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP TO THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY OF A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 313, dated September 1, 1988, which reserved a certain parcel of land for the Slum Improvement and Resettlement (SIR) Program of the National Housing Authority by granting ownership to the said agency of a parcel of land which is more particularly described as follows:

Maglana, Geodetic Engineer, on December 14, 1984, and was approved on January 11, 1985.
