AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 460, DATED APRIL 1, 1932 WHICH RESERVED FOR SETTLEMENT FARM SCHOOL PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY EXCLUDING FROM ITS OPERATION THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TAGUM NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 460, dated April 1, 1932 which reserved for settlement farm school purposes of Barangay Apocon a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in said barangay, municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, by excluding from its operation, the area embraced therein and reserving the same for school purposes of the Tagum National Trade School which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land Lot 595-B, Cad-11-010190 identical to Lot 14450, Cad-276, a portion of Lot 595, Cad-276, which is also identical to Lot 2, Psu-42735 situated in the Barrio of Apocon, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE and SW., along lines 1-2-3 by lot 595-A, Cad-11-010190; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Barrio road (Madaum Utlay) 20.00 m. wide on the NE., along line 4-5 by Existing Road; and along 5-1 by Lot 595-C, Cad-11-010190.1aшphi1
Beginning from a point marked “1” on plan being S. 86 deg. 11E., 1,790.87 m. from BLIM No. 82, Cad-276, thence:

Date of original survey on April 1935 to July 1940 and subdivision survey on November 10, 1988 by Geodetic Engineer Andres C. Gumapao and was approved on February 1, 1989.
