DECLARING FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOCAUE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Friday, April 11, 1997, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Bocaue, Province of Bulacan as established by oral tradition and confirmed by the National Historical Institute;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bocaue, Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, April 11, 1997 as a special day in the Municipality of Bocaue, Province of Bulacan.1aшphi1
