RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF NEW CORELLA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN OF PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF NEW CORELLA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the New Corella National High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Poblacion, New Corella, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Equivalent to Lot 3059, Csd-283
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1085-A of the subdivision plan Csd-11-010473-D, equivalent to Lot 3059, Cad-283, being portion of Lot 1085, Cad-2183, Saug Cadastre), situated in the Poblacion, New Corella, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Bank Protection (40.00 m. wide) and Mopia Creek; on the SE., along line 6-7 by road; on the SE., along line 7-1 by Road; on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1085-B, Csd-11-010473-D.1aшphi1 Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 40 deg. 45W., 1230.47 m., from PLIM No. 1, Saug Cad-283, thence

Date of the Original Survey June 1938 to April 1941 and that of the Subdivision Survey on April 5, 1990, surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Corsino Maquiling and approved on May 25, 1990.
