DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 26, 1997, marks the 60th Charter Day of the City of Zamboanga;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 26, 1997 as a special day in the City of Zamboanga.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
