RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CALAOCAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Calaocan Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Calaocan, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot No. 4535-A, Csd-2-05-003609-D), situated in Barangay Calaocan, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by a National Road 60.000 m. wide; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot .No. 4535-K, Csd-2-05-003609-D; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 4535-J, Csd-2-05-003609-D; along line 4-5 by Lot No. 4535-I; Csd-2-05-003609-D; along line 5-6 by Lot No. 4535-H, Csd-2-05-003609-D; along line 6-7 by Lot No. 4535-G, Csd-2-05-003609-D, along line 7-8 by Lot No. 4535-B, Csd-2-05-003609-D; and on the SW., along line 8-1 by Lot No. 4533, Pls-245.
