REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 164 DATED OCTOBER 6, 1987 WHICH EXCLUDED FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION 1716 DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1978 THE PARCELS OF LAND NOT BEING UTILIZED FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES BUT ACTUALLY OCCUPIED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AND DECLARING THE LAND OPEN TO DISPOSITION, AND REVERTING ALL THE PARCELS OF LAND COVERED AND SO DECLARED TO THE OPERATION OF SAID PROCLAMATION 1716
I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 164 dated October 6, 1987 which opened to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, certain parcels of land excluded from the operation of Proclamation 1716, by reverting the said parcels of land to the operation of said Proclamation 1716 and solely reserving the same land for municipal government center site purposes for the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila, which parcels of land are hereunder particularly described as follows:
