CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO A SPECIAL SESSION

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to a Special Session on January 9th to the 12th, 1998 to consider and act upon:

1. The Amended Oil Deregulation Law

2. The National Appropriations Act and

3. Measures where Senate or House action will result in the final passage thereof without need of bicameral conference.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the SEAL of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
