RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF KINAYAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF KINAYAO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAGUMBAYAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Kinayao Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 38-A, Csd-12-005948, being a portion of Lot 38, Psu-125220, Amd-2), situated in the Barrio of Kinayao, Municipality of Bagumbayan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 51, Psu-125220, Amd. 2; on the NE., & E., along line 2-3-4 by Lot 38-B of this Subdivision Plan; on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 50, Psu-125220, Amd-2. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 19º11" W., 25,925.16 m. from BLLM No. 1, Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat,

Thence, N. 16º 21" W.,	196.08 m. to point 2;
Thence, S. 85º 21" E.,	262.55 m. to point 3;
