DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ORMOC

WHEREAS, Monday, October 20, 1997, marks the 50th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Ormoc;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Ormoc be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, October 20, 1997, as a special day in the City of Ormoc.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the SEAL of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
