CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MAGUYAM, SILANG, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a Special Economic Zone (Ecozone) subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 96-019 dated 24 January 1996 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangay Maguyam, Silang, Cavite, to be known as the DAIICHI INDUSTRIAL PARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE consisting of 55.0281 hectares, more or less, as defined by the following technical description which have been surveyed and verified by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources Bureau of Lands.
A parcel of land (Plan Psu 199506, L.R. Case No. TC 11, L.R.C. Rec. No. N 26955), situated in the Bo. of Maguyam, Municipality of Silang, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the N. and NE., by property of Maura Martinez; on the E., by a Bo. Rd.; on the SE., by property of the Municipality of Government of Silang; on the S., by properties of Petra Tenorio, Atanacio Ordoρez and Eugenio Sulit; on the SW., by property of Proceso Caparas and a creek 8-10 m. wide; and on the NW., by a creek 8-10 m. wide. Beginning at a pt. marked 1 on plan being S. 39 deg. 02W., 7,714.33 m. from B.L.B.M. 1, Barrio of Cabilang Baybay, Mp. of Carmona; thence:
