DECLARING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1997, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Thursday, October 16, 1997, marks the 49th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Calbayog should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, October 16, 1997, as a special day in the City of Calbayog.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
