DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1997, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 3, 1997, marks the 29th Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 3, 1997, as a special day in the City of Iriga.
