RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE UDTONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY UDTONG, MUNICIPALITY OF LAMBAYONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Udtong Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land situated in Barangay Udtong, Municipality of Lambayong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 212, Pls-442), situated in Barangay Udtong, Municipality of Lambayong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 211; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 235; along line 3-4 by Lot 236; along line 4-5 by Lot 237; along line 5-6 by Lot 238; along line 6-7 by Lot 239; along line 7-8 by Lot 240; all of Pls-442; on the NE., along line 8-9 by Road; on the SE., along line 9-10 by Road; and on the SW., along line 10-11 by Lot 285; and along line 11-1 by Lot 286; all of Pls-442. Beginning at a point marked 1 of Lot 212, Pls-442, being S. 5-47 W., 8,461.98 meters from BLLM No. 1, Lambayong, Cotabato, thence
