RESERVING FOR THE GOVERNMENT SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF COTABATO CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT POBLACION, CITY OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, settlement and reserve for government site purposes of the City of Government of Cotabato, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Poblacion, City of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2478-D, Bsd-3424 of the Plan (Rs-12-000055), being a portion of Lot 2478, Csd-52, situated at Poblacion, City of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., points 4-1, by Almonte Street; on the SE., points 1-2 by Lot 2483, Csd-52 (Property of the City of Government of Cotabato); on the S., points 2-3, by Lot 188-D, Fr-132, Provincial Government of Cotabato; on the NW., points 3-4 by Lot 2478-C, Bsd-3424.1aшphi1
