RESERVING FOR FRESHWATER FISH DEMONSTRATION FARM SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF FISHERIES AND AQUATIC RESOURCES, NOW THE RESEARCH OUTREACH STATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGRAY LIWAN WEST, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for freshwater fish demonstration farm site purposes of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, now Research Outreach Station, under the administration of the Department of Agriculture, subject to the private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 5595-A, Csd-2-05-003582 (portion of Lot No. 5595-Pls 245 equivalent to Lot No. 8330, Pls-245, Liwan Public Land Subdivision), situated in the Barrio of Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga. Bound on the NE., along line 1-2 Lot. No. 5595-B, Csd-2-00382; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the SW, along line 4-5 by Provincial Road (20.00 m. wide); and on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No. 5595-A, Csd-2-003582 being N. 31o 41W; 354.41 m. from BLLM No. 41, Pls-245, Liwan Public Land Subdivision, thence;

S. 73º 57 E.,	160.03 m. to point 2;
S. 15º 28 W.,	315.93 m. to point 3;
S. 60º 21 W.,	2.83 m. to point 4;
N. 74º 30 W.,	156.05 m. to point 5;

beginning. Containing an area of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND (35,000) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 2 by B.L. Cyl. Conc.
