DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 18, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, July 18, 1997, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of South Cotabato be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 18, 1997 as a special day in the Province of South Cotabato.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
