DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 2, 1997, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 2, 1997, marks the 424th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Pasig;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Pasig wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 2, 1997, as a special day in the City of Pasig, Metro Manila.
