DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1997, marks the 84th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Dipolog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dipolog be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1997 as a special day in the City of Dipolog.
