DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF IFUGAO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 18, 1997, marks the 31st Anniversary of Ifugaos declaration as an independent province by virtue of Republic Act No. 4695;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ifugao be given full opportunity to celebrate this historic event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 18, 1997 as a special day in the Province of Ifugao.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
