DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1997, marks the Charter Day Anniversary of the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1997 as a special day in the City of San Carlos.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
