DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 1997, marks the 37th Anniversary of the City Charter of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 1997 as a special day in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.
