DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Friday, June 20, 1997, marks the 50th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, June 20, 1997 as a special day in the City of Dagupan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
