RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BANAGBANAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BANAGBANAG, MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEVISTA, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Banagbanag Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Banagbanag, Municipality of Montevista, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot 1026-C, Csd-11-009029-D, equivalent to Lot 13113, portion of Lot 1026, Pls-2, situated in Barangay Banagbanag, Municipality of Montevista, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1026-D, (Lot 13114, Pls-2); on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1026-E, (Lot 13115, Pls-2), on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1026-B, (Lot 13112, Pls-2), all of Csd-11-009029-D, and on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road.
