RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE RAFAEL PALMA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Rafael Palma Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in the Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

This proclamation is subject to the condition of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) that the width of the road dividing the parcels of land shall be in accordance with the Provisions of Presidential Decree No. 635, Series of 1975, on the minimum road-right-of-way.
