RESERVING FOR THE PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY A PORTION OF NAVAL STATION SAN MIGUEL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NARCISO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7227, and the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the school site purposes of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy, subject to private rights, if any there be, a portion of Naval Station San Miguel, which portions of land are more particularly described as follows:
