DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARAÑAQUE

WHEREAS, Friday, November 29, 1996, marks the 424th Founding Celebration of the Municipality of Parañaque which will be highlighted by the First Sambalilo Festival;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Parañaque be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, November 29, 1996 as a special day in the Municipality of Parañaque.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
