DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 1996; AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ANGELES

WHEREAS, Monday, December 9, 1996 marks the 200th Founding Anniversary of the City of Angeles;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Angeles City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, December 9, 1996 as a special day in Angeles City.
