DECLARING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBOD, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Thursday, October 17, 1996, marks the 50th year Anniversary of the Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of ubod be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, October 17, 1996 as a special day in the Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
