DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY

WHEREAS, Monday, December 2, 1996, marks the 133rd Anniversary Celebration of the City of Pasay;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Pasay City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, December 2, 1996 as a special day in Pasay City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
