RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL PLAZA AND PUBLIC MARKET SITES PURPOSES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGUDAY, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for municipal plaza and public market sites purposes, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Magsaysay, Municipality of Saguday, Province of Quirino, containing an aggregate area of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred and Sixty (13,160) square meters, more or less, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Blk-18, Ccs-2-8-000177-D), equivalent to Lot 25798 (portion of Lot 6315), Cad-211, situated in the Barrio of Magsaysay, Municipality of Saguday, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Calle Cabiles; on the W., along line 2-3 by Olonan Avenue; on the N., along line 3-4 by Calle Cardenas; on the E., along line 4-1 by Calle Espiritu.
Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being S. 28 deg. 44E., 565.14 m. from BLLM No. 114, Cad-211, thence:

The area covered by this Proclamation is subject to the road right-of-way requirements under Presidential Decree No. 635, series of 1975.
