DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 3, 1996, marks the 28th Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with the fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 3, 1996, as a special day in the City of Iriga.
