SEGREGATING 42, 226 SQUARE METERS FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 616, SERIES OF 1969, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL AND RESERVING THE SAME AS THE PERMANENT SITE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 616, series of 1969 which reversed a certain parcel of land to the Philippine Science High School, certain portions of the land embraced therein consisting of 42, 226 square meters, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot R. P. 3B-4B-1B-3 of the subdivision plan, LRC) Psd-1286881, being a portion of Lot R.P. 3B-4B-1B, Psd-76441. LRC (GLRO Rec. No. 7681) situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City. Bounded on the N.E. & S.E., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot RP 3B-6B-4; on the SW., along lines 6-1, by Lot RP-3B-4B-1B-1, of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 19 deg. 36E., 1270.74 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 7, Quezon City; thence S. 19 deg. 48 min. E., 125.80 m. to point 2; thence S. 58 deg. 00 min. W., 249.13 m. to point 3; thence N. 24 deg. 01 min. W., 83.14 m. to point 5; thence N. 18 deg. 13 min. W., 35.91 min. to point 6; thence N. 77 deg. 48 min. E., 253.25 m. to the point of beginning, containing an area of FORTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX (42,226) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2 and 6 by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm.; and the rest old P.S. bearing true : date of the original survey.1aшphi1 December 1910 to Jan. 1911 and that of the subdivision survey July 30 to 31, 1970.
The land hereinabove described shall be reserved exclusively for use as:
a) 25,906 square meter portion of the segregated parcel shall be allocated as permanent site for the Office of the Ombudsman; and
b) 16,320 square meter portion of the segregated parcel shall be disposed of by the National Housing Authority in accordance with existing laws.
The authority to administer, develop or dispose the lands covered by this proclamation is hereby vested with the National Housing Authority, subject to the provisions of existing laws.
Provisions of Proclamation 616, s. 1969 and other executive and administrative issuances which are inconsistent herewith are hereby amended and modified accordingly.
