DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, August 2, 1996, marks the 46th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Butuan, Province of Agusan Del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan, Province of Agusan Del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, August 2, 1996 as a special day in the City of Butuan, Province of Agusan Del Norte.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
