DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 23, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 23, 1996, marks the foundation anniversary of Gingoog City;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Gingoog City full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 23, 1996, as a special day in Gingoog City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
