DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 19, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Friday, July 19, 1996, marks the 47th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Digos be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 19, 1996 as a special day in the Municipality of Digos.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
