DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 18, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 18, 1996, marks the 29th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 18, 1996 as a special day in the Province of South Cotabato.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
