DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 2, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 2, 1996, marks the 3rd Anniversary of Araw ng Pasig as a City and the 423rd anniversary of the founding of Pasig;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Pasig wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 2, 1996, as a special day in the City of Pasig, Metro Manila.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
