DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1996, marks the 83rd “Adlaw sa Dipolog” of the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1996 as a special day in Dipolog City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
