DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, 1996, marks the 49th “Agew Na Dagupan” of the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 1996 as a special day in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
