GRANTING TO THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAVITE OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAY LANTIK, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMONA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR ITS USE AND DEVELOPMENT AS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE AND RELOCATION AREA FOR SQUATTER FAMILIES OF CAVITE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby grant to the Provincial Government of Cavite, ownership of a certain parcel of land of public domain situated at Barangay Lantik, Municipality of Carmona, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, for its use and development as industrial estate and relocation area for squatter families of Cavite, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
