SEGREGATING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 451 SERIES OF 1953, (LOT NO. 693-B – LOT 1631) WHICH WAS RESERVED “FOR RADIO STATION SITE PURPOSES” UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE BUREAU OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, NOW THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICE, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PUGAD BABOY, MUNICIPALITY OF POLO, NOW VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 451 dated 23 December 1953, the parcel of lot (Lot No. 693-B – Lot 1631) which was reserved for radio station site purposes under the administration of the Director of the Bureau of Telecommunications, now the Telecommunications Office, and accordingly open the same for disposition to the officials, employees and bona fide occupants thereof of the Telecommunications Office. Said parcel of land situated in the barrio of Pugad Baboy, Municipality of present day Valenzuela, Metro Manila, is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 693-B – Lot 1631), being a portion of Lot No. 693 of the Relocation and subdivision plan Fls-904-B of the Malinta Estate, G.L.R.O. Record No. 3941), situated in the Barrio of Pugad Baboy, Municipality of Polo, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the Northeast, by Lots No. 701-B-1 of Psd-5149 and 694; on the Southeast, by Lots Nos. 693-C and 693-D of the subdivision plan; on the Southwest, by Lots Nos. 695 and 693-A of the subdivision plan; and on the Northwest, by Lot No. 692-B of the subdivision plan.1aшphi1 Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S.18 deg. 53" W., 378.47 m. from L. Monument No. 21, Malinta Estate, thence:

containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT SQUARE METERS (20,008) more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground; points “1”, “2”; “6” to “17” inclusive and “19” are marked by P.L.S. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm; points “3”, “4”, and “5” are old stakes; and point “18” is marked on Big Nail on Duhat Tree 60 cm. diam.; bearing true; declaration 0 deg. 49" E., date of original survey, April 20, 1906 and that of the survey, April 10-11, 1931.”

The lands hereinabove described shall be distributed exclusively to the officials and employees of Telecommunications Office at reasonable cost in accordance with pertinent laws thereon.
