AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER TO THE CITY OF DAVAO OF THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT STA. ANA ADDITION, DAVAO TOWNSITE, CITY OF DAVAO, WHICH WAS RESERVED FOR FIRE STATION BUILDING SITE PURPOSES BY PROCLAMATION NO. 283, DATED 27 MARCH 1956, AS AMENDED
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the transfer to the City of Davao, of a parcel of public land situated at Sta. Ana Addition, Davao Townsite, which was reserved for fire station building site purposes by Proclamation 283, dated 27 March 1956, as amended by Proclamation No. 368, dated 15 November 1956 and as further amended by Proclamation No. 19, dated 21 August 1992, more particularly described as follows:
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2-B, Csd-11-009319) equivalent to Lot 5928, K-7, Davao Townsite Subdivision being a portion of Lot 2, Sta. Ana Addition, Davao Townsite situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by 1st Avenue (12.00 m. wide); on the W., along 2-3 by Alvares St. (15.00 m. wide); on the N., along 3-4 Tomas Monteverde Avenue (15.00 m. wide); on the E., along line 4-5 by Leon Garcia St. (15.00 m. wide); and on the S., along line 5-6-7-1 by Lot 2-A, Csd-11-009319 equivalent to Lot 5927, K-7, Davao Townsite Subdivision. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 06° 31" E., 106.00 m. from Mon. 1, Davao Townsite; thence:
