DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 4 TO 10, 1996 AS OFFICE MACHINE INDUSTRY WEEK

WHEREAS, the Philippine Office Machine Distributors Association (POMDA) is an industry-oriented organization composed of distributors of well-known office machines, which seeks relevance with the needs and requirements of the business and government sectors;

WHEREAS, POMDA which serves as an information center by keeping the public informed of the developments in the office machine industry will be holding an annual exhibit on March 6 to 10, 1996, in Mandaluyong City;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to focus national attention on the important role of modern office equipment as tools of economic progress and technological development.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from March 4 to 10, 1996, as Office Machine Industry Week under the auspices of the Philippine Office Machine Distributors Association, Inc.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
