DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, January 10, 1996, marks the foundation day of the Municipality of Koronadal;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Koronadal be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 10, 1996, as a special day in the Municipality of Koronadal.
