DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1995 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, December 8, 1995, marks the feast day of the Citys Patron, the Immaculate Conception and the observance of the Muslim-Christian Unity in this city;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cotabato City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, December 8, 1995 as a special day in Cotabato City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
