DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1995 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, NORTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, November 24, 1995, marks the 59th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Midsayap, North Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Midsayap, North Cotabato be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, November 24, 1995 as a special day in the Municipality of Midsayap, North Cotabato.1aшphi1
