REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 292, DATED OCTOBER 23, 1967, WHICH RESTORED TWO PARCELS OF LAND EXCLUDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 208, AS AMENDED, TO THEIR FORMER STATUS AS PART OF THE SEMI-TEMPERATE FRUIT EXPERIMENT STATIONS AS RESERVED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 743, SERIES OF 1934, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “K”, BAGUIO CITY, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 292, dated October 23, 1967, which restored two parcels of land identified as Lot No. 90 and 183, situated in Residence Section “K”, Baguio City, containing a total area of 5,976 hectares excluded by Proclamation No. 208, as amended, to their former status as part of the Semi-Temperate Fruit Station reserved under Proclamation No. 743, and declaring the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, subject to private rights, if any there be.1aшphi1
