DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1995 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Monday, October 16, 1995, marks the Charter Anniversary of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Calbayog City be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, October 16, 1995 as a special day in Calbayog City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
